Our Process
In 3 easy steps



1. PROCESS
The break-down of our processes are as follows. We follow a methodical way of addressing every step with due diligence and confront the proceedings with facts. Each step will be justified and taken forward with acknowledgment.
A. Preliminary Meeting
During this meeting, either at our office or at the client's place, we aim to understand the purpose of the work, the requirements in general & the budget of the client. There is a detailed exchange of information to achieve clarity at both ends.
B. Schedule of Charges
A schedule of charges is submitted immediately or a day or two later based on the proposed services desired.
C. Measurement of Premises
All the facts like position of columns, beams, windows, etc. are noted in addition to existing furniture or equipment which need to be inducted in the new design.
D. Schematic Layout
A schematic self explanatory layout is prepared & mailed on the basis of the information procured during the preliminary meeting & the measurement of the premises and feedback taken after which revisions, if required, are made till finalisation & approval.
E. Quantity Estimation & Budgeting
Approximate quantity estimates are prepared after final approval of the schematic layout. This aids in working out the total approximate expense with optional material choices.
F. Preparation of Detailed Drawings
Detailed drawings like 3d drawings, civil alteration layout, false ceiling layout, electrical layout, tiling & plumbing layouts & furniture details are prepared indicating material choices & finishes.
G. Final Estimation
Final estimates are prepared after confirming the material choices & detailed drawings.
It is advisable to go through the entire process as mentioned above to be clear about the final output both with respect to the finishes as well as the budget. However, where there is paucity of time, work can commence even after the rough estimation post confirmation of the basic schematic layout & the detailed drawings can be worked out during work in progress.
02. EXECUTION
Execution services are an option with the client. On finalisation of the estimate & receipt of advance as mutually agreed, work can commence with periodic site visits as per requirement. Here we take up the entire responsibility of the project which includes procuring of the basic as well as finished material, co ordinating with all the agencies involved, viz., suppliers & contractors, supervising the day to day activities, etc. Here we shall provide you an approximate range of the material being used at the time of costing & that will either increase or decrease based on your choices during
execution.






03. MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Where a client has opted for contracting services through our allied firm “Space interior concepts” free maintenance service can be availed of upto six months after hand over of site as warranty against execution defects post which, any service required shall be on a chargeable basis. This warranty is
not applicable in case of accidental or intentional damage or due to improper use, Post the warranty period, a nominal service charge shall be payable as visit charges to assess the nature of the complaint after which an estimate of the material & labour cost, if any, shall be provided.
